Corrugated cardboard cat scratching posts are consumables. Once used by a cat, the damage is irreversible. To avoid cross-infection and harm to the cat's health, used products cannot be returned or exchanged. The handmade surface may have slight unevenness, which does not affect normal use. We recommend confirming the product size and your cat's needs before ordering. We accept furniture returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. Return shipping costs are not included.
